Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments. Key Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive relationships.

Qualifications for Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
