Operations Manager, Administrative Management
The purpose of the Inventory Control Associate position is to service all aspects associated with the daily functional inventory control in the distribution center or warehouse; including moves, cycle counts, helping both inbound and outbound associates, processing damages and all discrepancy reconciliation.
Responsibilities- Perform Cycle Counts
- Process Damages
- Report all Inbound Discrepancies to the Inventory Control Supervisor or Manager
- Assist Operators with Any and All Discrepancies and System Issues
- Prepare for and Assist with Annual Physical Inventory
- Knowledge of or ability to learn SAP
- Knowledge or ability to learn High Jump Warehouse Advantage system and/or customer operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and 365)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle reoccurring problems
- Basic math skills
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to perform work in a highly detailed and color-coded manner
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to read labels and numbers
- Ability to operate in high speed and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to follow instructions as directed by the supervisor
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of previous warehouse administrative experience
- Forklift experience, preferred
- Leadership experience, a plus
- WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) system experience, a plus
- Prior RF Unit experience, a plus
