Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Plumber to join our team. This position is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various plumbing systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in hydronic systems, gas piping, and basic welding, among other essential skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair hydronic systems, including pump, hot water, and chilled water piping.
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure system efficiency.
Perform pipe fitting duties, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections.
Work with various materials and methods to ensure durable, leak-free systems.
Conduct basic welding tasks as necessary to join or repair pipes and related components.
Ensure all welding meets safety standards and project requirements.
Perform installations and repairs on basic sanitary systems, including drainage, waste, and vent systems.
Follow health and safety codes in all plumbing installations and repairs.
Install and maintain gas piping systems, ensuring proper operation and safety.
Inspect gas lines regularly to ensure there are no leaks or damage.
Accurately size pipes for various applications, ensuring proper flow and pressure.
Install pipes according to project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain records of all inspections, repairs, and installations.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in hydronic systems, gas piping, and pipe sizing.
Basic welding skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
