About the Role – Millwright

Millwrights at Polk Mechanical play a vital role in supporting complex industrial operations. You’ll use a variety of methods and techniques to:

• Lay out, install, align, repair, overhaul, and maintain industrial machinery, equipment, and systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine the scope of repairs, materials or parts needed, and estimated completion time
• Interpret technical manuals, shop directives, and multi-view blueprints to identify critical dimensions and reference points

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in the millwright trade
• Strong mechanical knowledge and blueprint reading skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
