Stone Security, a Bear Com company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial to driving our business growth through effective client management and sales strategies.
Job DescriptionAs a Sales Account Manager at Stone Security, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Your role will encompass sales, account management, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities- Sales
:
Learn and embody the Stone Security story and culture, confidently presenting our company and products to potential customers. Attract new opportunities through creative initiatives and best efforts. - Account Management
:
Focus on building long-term client relationships beyond project completion. Negotiate multi-year support agreements and maintain robust professional relationships of trust. - Business Development
:
Build strong industry partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, electrical contractors, engineering firms, and general contractors. - Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on account status and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales account management or as a sales account executive.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Full-time position with business hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Occasional work outside regular business hours for customer meetings.
- Potential for travel to locations outside the state or country.
