Sales Coordinator

Overview

Onsite a growing manufacturing company located in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage and process customer orders while supporting the outside sales team. This role ensures accurate order entry, timely shipments, and clear communication with customers and internal teams. Ideal candidates have experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support and enjoy a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

• Enter and verify customer orders in Net Suite, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Confirm orders with customers and provide updates on timelines and shipment status
• Track shipments and coordinate with purchasing and logistics to prevent delays
• Review and double-check outside sales team orders before final processing
• Maintain and organize paperwork by scanning, filing, and updating Excel tracking sheets
• Assist with sales projects and ad hoc initiatives to support team efficiency
• Communicate proactively with internal teams to resolve order or customer issues
• Handle urgent and complex customer inquiries calmly and professionally
• Analyze orders and processes to identify potential errors or operational bottlenecks

• 1-2 years of customer service, inside sales, or sales support experience
• Experience managing a high volume of paperwork and documentation
• Familiarity with purchase orders and change order updates
• Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free processing
• Ability to remain calm while handling challenging customer or team situations
• Flexible and willing to take on ad hoc tasks as they arise
• Manufacturing industry experience or degree preferred
