Sales Consultant - Facility Solutions

Job Purpose:

Our Sales Consultant will be responsible for executing sales strategies, initiating contact with existing and potential customers, identifying customer needs, and creating customized solutions that generate sales and profit growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Increase revenue and profitability through new business generation and development of existing accounts.
• Develop sales plans to enhance sales and profitability within accounts.
• Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and research.
• Understand complex customer requirements for customized quoting.
• Negotiate pricing and value-added services based on quotes.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, trends, and account issues for management.
• Analyze market trends and develop competitive insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet commitments.

Work Experience &

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ outside sales/business development experience in a quota-carrying role.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in facility service sales is a plus.
• Understanding of manufacturing, design, scheduling, and packaging.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Analytical skills for assessing manufacturing impacts.

Physical and Other Requirements:

Work involves extensive computer use, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 10 pounds. Travel to customer sites and meetings is required.
