As a General Manager, you will be responsible for "Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable" by ensuring that operational standards are effectively communicated, trained, and maintained within the restaurant. You will oversee the restaurant's financial performance, guest service quality, and food standards, while providing your team with opportunities for success.

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining, or family-style restaurant.
• Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
