As a General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring your team while overseeing the operation of your restaurant. You will promote a positive dining experience for your customers by monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures, maintaining QSC standards and delivering on Wendy's brand standards and procedures.
- Have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Be highly motivated, have strong supervisory, organizational and communication skills and work well with a team.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, react to change productively and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
- Achieve restaurant sales and profitability goals.
