A Day in the Life
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Lead and support a team, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Manage inventory, food safety, and customer concerns.
- Oversee financials like cash management and expenses.
- Collaborate on growth strategies and brand image with the General Manager.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Additional Info
Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with ranges from $12.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on the state and jurisdiction.
