Mechanical Quality Inspection Associate Manager for the Mechanical Quality Inspection team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Quality experience with an emphasis on machining and inspection.
• Team lead and facilitator experience.
• Interpret drawings and specifications.
• Risk-based data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.

• Lead a team of Quality Inspectors and develop inspection methodologies.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule following procedures and quality standards.
• Direct daily operations of the inspection section.
• Review documentation to verify internal and external manufacturing processes meet quality requirements.
• Serve as internal liaison to resolve project-specific quality issues.

• GD&T expertise.
• CMM programming experience.
• AS9100 knowledge and quality management systems implementation.
• FAI experience.
• Special process engineering experience.
• SAP application experience.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
