Inspector IV – 18006

Bearings Inspector – An entry‑level role reporting to the Quality Supervisor/Manager. You do not need an A&P license for this role.

• Visual Inspection: checking the appearance of bearings for damage, wear, or other defects.
• Dimensional Inspection: using tools to verify that bearings meet dimensional specifications and tolerances.
• Functional Testing: assessing the functionality of bearings, potentially including speed, noise, or vibration tests.
• Record Keeping: documenting inspection results and reporting any non‑conforming parts or issues.
• Quality Assessment: determining if bearings meet quality standards and can be accepted or rejected.

• Knowledge of Bearing types: familiarity with different types of bearings (ball bearing, roller bearings) and their applications.
• Visual Inspection skills: ability to identify defects and wear patterns in bearings.
• Communication skills: ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations in English.
• Record‑Keeping skills: accuracy and attention to detail in documenting inspection results.
