Stepdown RN - Grand Prairie, TX

A nursing opportunity is available for an experienced RN skilled in stepdown care, focused on patients requiring close monitoring and advanced treatment. This contract position involves providing specialized care in a long-term acute care setting, supporting patients with complex medical needs.

• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios between 1:2 and 1:3 to deliver personalized attention.

• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in a long-term acute care setting with ventilator management.
