Stainless Steel Polisher/Finisher – $18/hr (Full-Time, 1st & 2nd Shift)

We are hiring reliable Stainless-Steel Polishers/Finishers for our 1st- and 2nd-shift production teams.
Position OverviewAs a Stainless-Steel Polisher/Finisher, you will prepare and finish stainless-steel parts for commercial kitchen equipment. This includes grinding, buffing, and polishing metal surfaces to meet company quality standards. Your work helps ensure customers receive strong, smooth, and professional-looking products.
Shifts- 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
Full-time schedule with long-term career opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Polish, grind, and finish stainless steel parts.
- Remove weld marks, scratches, and imperfections.
- Use tools such as grinders, sanders, buffers, and polishers.
- Follow work instructions, safety rules, and quality standards.
- Check finished products to ensure they meet company requirements.
- Keep your work area clean and report any equipment concerns.
- Work with welders and fabricators to help meet daily production goals.
- At least 1 year of experience in metal polishing, finishing, or similar work.
- Experience with stainless steel or kitchen equipment is a plus.
- Able to follow instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
