$24.29/hr. plus shift differential

Sign-on Bonus

• $500 after 30 days
• $500 after 6 months

Hourly Full-Time;
Monday – Saturday, must be able to work any shift

Shift options: 7am – 3pm (training period only), 3pm – 11pm, 11pm – 7am.

The Job You Will Perform

• Following all trained and published safety policies and procedures
• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math and having the ability to read a tape measure
• Inspecting product
• Accurately completing quality checks to ensure specific directions are followed
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping
• Assigned to weekly clean‑up functions, including blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap
• Assisting with securing all required tooling and materials to manufacture production orders
• Other duties as required

The Skills You Will Bring

• Good attendance and punctuality
• 2 years manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Consent to a background check and pre‑employment physical / drug screen
• Verifiable, stable work history
• Flexible to work overtime as needed
• Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things, receive and follow instructions
