Position Title
Entry Manufacturing Laborer – Grand Prairie Box
Pay Rate$24.29/hr. plus shift differential
Sign-on Bonus- $500 after 30 days
- $500 after 6 months
Hourly Full-Time;
Monday – Saturday, must be able to work any shift
Shift options: 7am – 3pm (training period only), 3pm – 11pm, 11pm – 7am.

The Job You Will Perform- Following all trained and published safety policies and procedures
- Counting and stacking finished product
- Reading factory orders
- Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math and having the ability to read a tape measure
- Inspecting product
- Accurately completing quality checks to ensure specific directions are followed
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping
- Assigned to weekly clean‑up functions, including blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap
- Assisting with securing all required tooling and materials to manufacture production orders
- Other duties as required
- Good attendance and punctuality
- 2 years manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Consent to a background check and pre‑employment physical / drug screen
- Verifiable, stable work history
- Flexible to work overtime as needed
- Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things, receive and follow instructions
