This position plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth facility operations and ensuring materials are available when needed. This will be a 2nd shift position (3pm-11pm, Mon - Fri).

* Key Responsibilities:
** Operate various types of material handling equipment, primarily forklifts (stand-up and sit-down), safely and efficiently

* Education & Experience:

* * Stand-up forklift experience required
* Experience in manufacturing or warehousing environment a plus

* Required Skills:
** Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain forklift certification)
Ability to read and understand production schedules Mathematical skills for inventory counting Knowledge of warehouse management systems Ability to read and follow written instructions Basic problem-solving skills Time management abilities

** Material handling equipment operation The associate will be exposed to the manufacturing environment where hazards and requirements may include but are not limited to:
Proficiency in grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor skills Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification
Ability to wear required PPE (hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses) The majority of tasks will be performed in a manufacturing setting with exposure to:
