The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low‑voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor for 2nd Shift, which must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed! To join our team! This position will be based at our Grand Prairie, TX site. The primary responsibilities include Receiving, Storage, Inventory management and Delivery to Manufacturing. In this role the candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Planning to support production.

Additionally, this person will be responsible for supervising 15‑25 Team Members across 3 shifts.

• Supervising one of the teams responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving material, storing material, picking and kitting material, and delivering material to the assembly lines.
• Handling Team scheduling and daily assignments.
• Managing warehouse cycle counting, root cause, and will be involved in the resolution of all discrepancies related to the warehouse.
• Working with every other Department in the plant.

• 2 or more years’ experience in manufacturing or warehouse distribution environments and inventory replenishment methods (KANBAN, Vendor Managed Inventory, Consignment, etc.)
• 2 or more years of experience supervising/leading small to medium size teams.
• Leadership skills with the ability to work with different levels in organization.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• SAP Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply‑chain management are strongly desired, although a combination of educations (High School Diploma or GED) and directly related work experience will also be considered.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

• SAP Experience (SAPwp)
• Project management with proven delivery of improvement project in a manufacturing environment.
• LEAN, Six Sigma, Root Cause and Continuous Improvement skills.
• APICS/CPM Accreditation.

The pay range for this position is $67,544 - $115,790 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
