Director of Field Operations

Overview

A respected concrete contractor is seeking a Director of Field Operations to lead execution on some of the largest, most complex concrete projects in the region. This role is designed for a proven field leader whose judgment, experience, and leadership presence carry weight across jobsites, teams, and senior leadership.

You will have real authority over how work is executed in the field - from safety and quality to production and leadership development. The company has the backlog, resources, and infrastructure to support marquee projects; what they re looking for is a leader who knows how to run them at the highest level.

• Provide real authority over field execution, including safety, quality, production, and leadership development.
• Lead and coordinate large-scale structural concrete projects with a focus on performance, reliability, and outcomes.
• Set expectations for field teams, drive accountability, and scale best practices across multiple jobsites.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align project delivery with company strategy and backlog.

• 10+ years leading large-scale structural concrete work
• Experience running major projects as a Superintendent or senior field leader
• Commands respect in the field and drives accountability without micromanagement
• Knows how to scale best practices across multiple jobsites
