Overview
Position Summary The Program Manager, Regulatory & Compliance provides strategic leadership and comprehensive oversight of the organization’s regulatory compliance program across assigned operational areas, with a primary focus on DEA, State Boards of Pharmacy, FDA, EPA, DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and physical security requirements. This role directs the execution of compliance activities through guidance and indirect leadership of a distributed team. Travel may be required to deliver onsite training, support facility operations, conduct internal reviews, and present audit results to stakeholders.
In this role, the Program Manager designs, recommends, and implements corporate regulatory policies and procedures to ensure full adherence to federal and state requirements. As the central point of accountability for regulatory compliance, this leader partners closely with program and operations teams to drive consistent execution, reduce organizational risk, and foster a strong culture of compliance. Key responsibilities include providing subject-matter expertise and consultative support, leading education and training initiatives, and directing comprehensive audits and monitoring activities to ensure facilities operate efficiently while maintaining minimal compliance risk.
The Program Manager also serves as a critical liaison among facility personnel, client services, and regulatory agencies—facilitating effective communication, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining alignment across all stakeholders. This role is essential to sustaining organizational compliance readiness and advancing operational excellence at scale.
