Position Summary

• 2nd Shift: Start time of 4:30PM - end of production. Weekends and holidays required

• Completes all battery changes for the facility, will also water down batteries and conduct battery maintenance as needed
• Proficient in mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, and vacuuming surfaces
• Disposes of hazardous materials in accordance with established OSHA procedures
• Assist with sanitation duties as needed
• Empties trash bins and cleans trash area daily; operates trash compactor when applicable. Pulls pallets and cleans/scrubs product bays on a rotating basis
• Adheres to and complies with OSHA and company safety policies, rules, and wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary
• Perform or assist in all building repairs such as installing appliance, replacing electrical fixtures, re-key deadbolts, etc.
• Participates in an ongoing property improvement plan and preventative maintenance program
• Perform or assist with carpentry work, painting, and plumbing duties as required
• Performs or assists with general appliance repairs, carpet repairs, and minor A/C and electrical repairs
• Performs all necessary maintenance for the property
• Other projects or tasks as assigned by Supervisor
• Assist with facility responsibilities such as painting etc.
