Job Description
You will be the Items Analyst Associate for the PAC 3 Sustainment Field Operations team. Our team keeps the supply chain humming for PAC 3 Field Operations, Field Missile Activities, and Mobile Reconstitution, ensuring that every mission‑critical part is where it’s needed—when it’s needed.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Items Analyst Associate you will be the go‑to partner for day‑to‑day supply support. Working side by side with senior logisticians, you’ll help maintain flawless inventory records, organize storage, and process issue and receipt transactions so field units never miss a beat.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining organized loose issue and bulk storage areas by location, NSN, and serviceability.
- Conducting routine counts and supporting perpetual inventory updates at the point of issue.
- Processing equipment issue and receipt transactions for individuals, units, or activities with precise documentation in the supply support database.
- Verifying that all materiel transaction records meet regulatory requirements for stock control, accountability, and lifecycle sustainment.
- Assisting with quarterly and annual inventory cycles: performing physical counts, reconciling discrepancies, and learning the audit process.
- Tracking, replenishing, and coordinating kits that support PAC 3 operations, working closely with shipping and transportation teams to meet schedule demands.
- Collaborating with maintenance, engineering, transportation, contracting, and operational units to resolve supply challenges and bolster mission readiness.
- Lifting a minimum of 40 lb unassisted and performing occasional manual handling of inventory items.
