One of the country’s leading labor services organizations, specializing in installation support for retail and manufacturing partners, is expanding its team. Their focus is delivering high-quality installation expertise across products such as doors, windows, siding, and kitchen appliances.
They are currently seeking a Support Technician to join their growing team. This position will handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support requests, resolve service incidents, and document activity within the designated ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience supporting Windows and Mac environments, Active Directory, computer hardware, and Microsoft products.
This role will require someone to work onsite 5 days a week in Grand Prairie.
Required Skills & Experience- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience, ideally in a call center setting
- Prior help desk or technical support experience preferred
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot software
- Experience supporting and configuring web browsers
- Mobile application support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Microsoft O365 or Azure certifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
