- Setup: Prepare the event space by arranging tables, décor, signage, and photo areas.
- Guest Check-In: Welcome attendees, distribute wristbands or name tags, and provide directions.
- Photo Booth & Red Carpet Assistance: Encourage guest participation, manage props, and help capture great moments.
- Hospitality & Food Support: Ensure food stations are stocked, dining areas remain tidy, and guests are comfortable.
- Program Support: Assist with timing, transitions, and entertainment coordination throughout the evening.
- Cleanup: Help reset the venue by removing decorations, collecting materials, and ensuring the area is left clean and organized.
