Bilingual Patient Liaison Virtual Vocations
• Grand Prairie, Texas, United States
A company is looking for a Bi-lingual Patient Liaison to provide customer support to patients and clinics involved in pharmaceutical research trials.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and related parties
- Schedule travel and logistics requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials, including arrangements for flights, hotels, and transportation
- Process expense reimbursements and support study site personnel with the online portal
- BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred
- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Experience working with multiple independent vendors to achieve results on a deadline
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
