You will be the Financial Management Sr. for the Central Finance team
. Our team provides strategic financial partnership to Senior Leadership across Operations, Engineering & Technology, and multiple enterprise functions.
As the Financial Management Sr. you will be responsible for developing and managing the annual overhead budget, driving cost‑control initiatives, and delivering actionable financial insight that guides the organization’s operating decisions.
Responsibilities- Develop the Annual Overhead Budget, forecast, and perform variance analysis for the Operations and Engineering & Technology organization.
- Conduct cost‑management and estimating activities, including trend identification, workforce planning, and risk‑opportunity assessments.
- Integrate data from multiple financial systems and functional areas to produce consolidated financial analysis and recommendations.
- Allocate costs according to established procedures and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Drive process‑improvement initiatives that enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
