You will be the Finance Manager for the TacMissiles

F&BO team. Our team is responsible for supporting the TacMissiles

F&BO organization with 1

LMX hyper‑care, expanding tool knowledge, and driving financial excellence across programs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for bridging the 1

LMX tool suite with our missile programs, ensuring smooth transitions, and providing strategic financial leadership.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead 1

    LMX hyper‑care activities and act as the primary liaison between program teams and the 1

    LMX team.
  • Teach and mentor internal stakeholders on the 1

    LMX tool suite to ensure effective adoption.
  • Communicate status, identify issues, and drive rapid resolution across Dallas and Orlando programs.
  • Provide financial leadership using Long‑Range Planning and Contract Status Review to meet portfolio commitments.
  • Develop and implement transition tools that streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
    The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
  • Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
  • Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
