Description
You will be the Finance Associate Manager for the Engineering Finance Team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional program management and financial analysis to drive business growth and success.
ResponsibilitiesAs the Financial Management Associate Manager you will be responsible for providing program‑management support to the Tactical Missiles PrSM program and leading the engineering finance function.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide program‑management support to Precision Fires PrSM, including direct contracts, New Business Funds (NBF), proposals, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—program management, engineering, and operations—to drive business growth.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to inform program decisions and improve outcomes.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage financial risks through proactive risk‑management strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering development and high performance.

LocationThis position is in Dallas.
Basic Qualifications- Active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
- Proposal experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
- Must be U.S. citizen
- Team leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self‑starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
- Experience in financial tools such as SAP and Cobra
- Experience in supporting Engineering Management
- Experience in financial management of Defense Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) contracts
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
