Position: Financial Analyst Associate / Lvl 1 / Grand Prairie, TX

Description

You will be the Financial Analyst Associate for the Finance/Performance team. Our team is responsible for delivering clear, data‑driven insights that keep our programs on track and financially sound.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Analyst Associate you will be responsible for developing performance metrics, preparing reports, and guiding control‑account managers.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Drive the program business rhythm with key stakeholders.
  • Develop performance metrics and prepare reports such as the Contract Performance Report (CPR).
  • Provide guidance to Control Account Managers (CAM).
  • Review and validate monthly Estimate‑to‑Complete / Estimate at Completion (ETC/EAC) updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, schedules, and program plans, and conduct financial analyses (funding profiles, sales outlook, variance analysis).

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
  • Ability to multi-task and take on challenging assignments.
  • Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience and ability to interface with senior management.
Desired Skills
  • Earned Value Management experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry.
Security Clearance Statement

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part‑time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
