Palace Poker is looking for experienced Member Services and Board Operator staff. Member Services staff are responsible for greeting guests, checking in members and processing new memberships. This position is also responsible for managing the board. Board Operators are responsible for regulating the flow of players being seated into games by maintaining the waiting list (board), taking phone reservations, communicating with Dealers and Floor Leads.

Team members will rotate in these positions during their shift.

• Greet members.
• Check in members.
• Create player accounts.
• Answer phone calls.
• Accept cash for payments through POS system.
• Take reservations for the Poker Room.
• Maintain wait list for players.
• Regulate the flow of players.
• Other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Minimum age for this position is 21.
• A minimum of one year experience is required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while maintaining a high level of precision and quality.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
