You will be the Tool Planner / Manufacturing Engineer (Level
2) for the Tool Planning team. Our team is responsible for designing tool-fabrication sequences, integrating inspection requirements, and supporting rework and repair planning. What You Will Be Doing As the Tool Planner / Manufacturing Engineer (Level
2) you will be responsible for creating efficient production plans that drive tool performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Design operation sequences and specify procedures for tool and equipment fabrication.
* Integrate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
* Support rework and repair planning for existing tools.
* Assist with buy planning and procurement for tooling assets.

The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Knowledge of tool design
- Microsoft Office experience
- General knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes
Desired
Skills:
- SAP Experience
- Windchill Experience
- Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline (preferred, not required)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills coupled
with being a team player
- Ability to achieve a Secret security clearance
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
