Description:
You will be the Electrical Engineer for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team designs, develops, and manufactures precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries, including the production of GMLRS rockets. What You Will Be Doing
As the Electrical Engineer you will lead/support EE activities for rocket/subsystem design recommendations, trade studies, technical interchanges, design reviews, interface definitions, and identification of risks and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for integrating new electronics and harness changes.
• Support build of development hardware (pathfinder and flight test munitions)
• Support test of development hardware (HWIL, power transfer, flight worthiness, EMI risk reduction)
• Support to supplier development activities (attend IPT meetings and milestone reviews with the customer, review SDRLs)
• Develop, review and approve LM and supplier generated documentation (ICNs, specifications, test plans, etc.)
• Perform Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities for applicable work packages
• Will require ~ monthly travel (Camden, WSMR, suppliers) Why Join Us

This position is in Dallas. Discover more about our Dallas, Texas location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Candidate must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
• Experience in electrical hardware design for both development and production phases in aerospace or a similar industry.
• Ability to interpret and read complex electrical schematics for circuit cards assemblies (CCA).
• Experience using electrical/electronic test equipment such as DMMs, Oscilloscopes, and automated testing equipment for troubleshooting circuit card assemblies and other electrical hardware.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process and quality.
Desired
Skills:
• Experience working technical proposals.
• Experience working failure investigation, root cause and corrective action.
• Experience working with suppliers and leading suppliers during technical issue investigation
• Previous experience performing Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities.
