* What You Will Do:

*** Under the general supervision of Quality Engineer / Quality Manager, person in this position provides metallurgical laboratory services to meet the needs of the lab
* Ensures to follow provided instructions for sample preparation, analysis, metallurgical testing and reporting.
* Uses metal slicing saw machines, ovens, sample mounting, metal polishers, use of microscopes, etc.
* Reads procedures, blueprints, sample layouts and prepares reports as needed
* Manages smooth flow of the lab testing.
* Assists Lab Technicians
* Ensures company policies and procedures are complied with and understood.
* Maintains a clean and organized workplace
* This shift is 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
** Qualifications We Prefer:
