• Design and documentation of model and simulation requirements and architecture
• Develop, verify, and validate complex models and simulations such as missile 6-degree-of-freedom (6‑DOF) and effects‑based simulations
• Evaluate system performance in complex scenarios and environments and verify system and subsystem‑level requirements
• Perform critical studies, analyses, and test activities
• Support ground and flight test efforts including Hardware‑In‑The‑Loop (HWIL) activities
• Support program reviews and technical interchange meetings with internal leadership and/or external customers

• Bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, physics, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, applied mathematics, or similar
• Proficiency in C++
• Proficiency in either Matlab or Python
• Must be a US Citizen; requires a government security clearance and access to a facility that requires special access
• Demonstrated ability to perform at least one of the following GNC or M&S assignments based on completed coursework or professional experience:
  • Develop and analyze algorithms such as guidance, navigation, autopilot, inertial tracking, and servo control algorithms
  • Develop and/or verify/validate complex vehicle models and simulations such as missile 6‑DOF simulations
  • Demonstrate strong math skills in linear algebra, matrix math, statistics, trigonometry, and coordinate transformations

• Candidate already possesses final DoD Secret clearance
• Proficiency with Python and Linux
• Experience with Agile development, Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops  CI/CD pipelines, and software version control such as Git
• Strong written/verbal communication and organizational and interpersonal skills

This position requires a government security clearance. Clearance level:
Secret.
