Aerospace Quality Assurance Process Technician
As the Aerospace Quality Assurance Process Technician
, you will complete CMM and tooling inspections along with managing the calibration system. This is an onsite role at our Grand Prairie, TX facility. You will report to the Quality Manager.
- Inspect various tools and inspection devices using Coordinate Measurement equipment (CMM), such as FARO Arm and Laser Tracker Equipment to ensure they meet established requirements.
- Translate customer files such as Digital Production Definition (DPD) to existing inspection equipment language.
- Manage the calibration process including service provider, scheduling onsite calibrations, maintaining calibration log and assessing for out of tolerance conditions.
- Document issues and findings and track the status in designated systems.
- Develop solutions to resolve problems and make recommendations for improvements to process, configuration, and products.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.
- Support audits as needed.

- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- 2+ plus years of experience within CMM, calibration principles, etc.
- Experience with ISO
