A full-time School Psychologist position is available to provide comprehensive psychological services within multiple schools in Fort Worth, TX. This contract role supports elementary and middle school students across five campuses, focusing predominantly on elementary-aged children. The position requires a dedicated professional capable of delivering evaluations, interventions, and services related to Autism Spectrum Disorders (AU), Emotional Disturbance (ED), and Other Health Impairments (OHI), including ADHD assessments, direct counseling services, Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psycho educational evaluations and assessments to identify student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized support strategies and interventions.
  • Provide direct psychological services to students exhibiting AU, ED, and OHI conditions.
  • Complete FBAs and create BIPs to support positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for student success.
  • Manage an itinerant caseload, traveling between five elementary and middle schools.
Required Qualifications
  • Active License Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Credential issued by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists.
  • Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children in psychological or counseling roles.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills highly preferred.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills for diverse student populations.
  • Ability to adapt to an itinerant work schedule across multiple campuses.

Location:

Fort Worth, Texas (on-site only; not open to virtual options)

Start Date:

ASAP with contract ending on May 21, 2026.

Schedule:

Full-time, 35 hours per week (7 hours per day).
