No teaching experience is required for this role – Your passion for and mastery of the field will transform you into an invaluable educator. 5+ years of field experience in Pipe Welding / Structural Welding within the last 10 years:

• GMAW - MIG
• GTAW - TIG
• SMAW – Stick
• FCAW - Flux‑cored arc
• Plasma Cutting

• Teach Welding Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program
• Provide hands‑on Welding training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility
• Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability
• Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting
• Support and communicate progress with students
• Prepare students for a successful in‑demand career in Welding Technology

• Great communication skills
• Proficient in technology
• Teaching experience a plus
• High school diploma/GED
