Your role is to ensure the "3 Promises" become reality for each student in your cohort and to train our Guides to deliver the same results.

You'll combine exceptional coaching expertise with dynamic presentation skills, converting workshops, metrics-focused rallies, and precise feedback into powerful developmental experiences. • Developing and coaching Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at world‑class standards
• Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning experiences, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to elevate student engagement and academic success
• Directly coaching a limited cohort of students, demonstrating advanced motivation and instructional techniques

• Creating traditional lesson plans – your Guides support student learning via adaptive applications; you concentrate on preparing them to excel as motivators
• Compromising expectations – when our benchmark is 100%, your role is to uphold that standard
• Running dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, high‑impact, experiential professional development

Train Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort enjoys school, progresses at 2× speed, and acquires essential life skills. No exceptions.

• Currently located in or willing to relocate to work on‑site at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD;
  Boston, MA;
  Chicago, IL;
  Fort Lauderdale, FL;
  Seattle, WA; or CA:
  East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
• Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to develop, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Background working with youth (ages 5‑18) in an educational or developmental setting.
• Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
