Answer incoming telephone calls and provide a variety of services to customers, including assisting customer identify product needs and placing orders.;
Efficient and accurate entry of customer orders, edits orders received for accurate pricing and codes.;
Research products with vendors, including pricing and availability details.;
Work with internal customers (account managers, branch store operations, distribution, etc) to resolve customer order conflicts.;
Maintains clean open order and backorder report.
