- Acts as the primary point of contact for the assigned regional sales rep base and develops an intimate knowledge of each account.
- Manages daily operation coordination for the assigned regional rep base to meet customer expectations and company goals.
- Manages and maintains regional order backlog for respective rep assignments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Delivers superior service for customers at every point of contact according to company standards.
- Provides direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
- Accepts and processes sales orders timely, including verifying orders for accuracy.
- Sources sales orders to the appropriate distribution center and/or stocking location by utilizing national inventory and backorder data to minimize freight cost and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manages the material requirements planning (MRP) process for assigned reps to replenish inventory levels.
- Coordinates customer pickup orders in the Will Call center by partnering with the production team to plan and execute the daily order schedule.
- Identifies, communicates, and resolves any problems in the fulfillment process.
- High School Diploma
- 1 - 3 years Customer Service experience
- Type minimum of 35 wpm
- Proficient computer skills
