The right Superintendent will have at least 5 years of construction management experience on small and large projects of many different types, including but not limited to: healthcare, education, convention centers, laboratories, correctional, institutional, multi-family, retail, and other substantial construction projects.

As a Superintendent, you are responsible for Full Project Field Responsibility of a projects in excess of $25MM. The Superintendent is a key position with responsibility to lead and manage subcontractors and employees, and oversee all phases of a construction project from initial planning to completion for either K12, education, office, MOB and more.
