Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Supplier Performance Specialist to serve as the strategic backbone of our helicopter rotable supply chain. Managing a high-impact portfolio of OEMs and MRO providers, you won t just track KPIs; you will own the end-to-end reliability of our fleet s mission-ready parts. As our Supplier Performance Specialist
, you ll report to the MRO Equipment Manager and work alongside a cross-functional squad that values transparency, quick thinking, and data-backed decisions. Component, Repairs, Operations, and Repairers/Vendors Management: 55%

• Supplier Performance Management:
  Serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned suppliers, holding full accountability for monitoring their operational performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost.
• Repair Processing and Material Routing:
  Creates Service Orders, Purchase Requisition s, Purchase Orders, and Deliveries/TFs and initiates work orders/requests with suppliers for RMAs as required.
• Work in Progress (WIP) Management:
  Tracks WIP and provides exchange offers to customers when necessary and advanced exchanges when requested. Ensure timely and accurate closure of service orders after delivery and on status/reporting tools to maintain accurate WIP & OTR (on-time requested by customer).
• Rotable Pool Inventory Support:
  Contributes to maintaining inventory accuracy with location of parts in the system (SAP).
• KPI Tracking and Analytics:
  Meticulously track KPIs such as Turnaround Time (TAT) and On-Time Delivery (OTD). Use analytics to identify performance trends, forecast material flow, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Performance Reviews:
  Prepares for and leads periodic performance review meetings with suppliers. Present data-driven insights, broadcast performance scorecards, and collaborate to implement improvements.
• Issue Resolution and Recovery:
  Leads corrective action plans for KPI deviations or non-conformances, including supplier recovery plans for underperforming suppliers.
• Warranty Management:
  Manages warranty and claim processes for parts with quality escapes after repair/overhaul, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Risk Management:
  
  Monitors supplier risks and develops mitigation plans to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.

Forecasting / Scheduling / Planning: 20%

• Builds and monitors delivery schedules with suppliers in accordance with customer priorities.
• Builds and maintains suppliers scorecards.
• Prepares external repair forecast and coordinates with external suppliers/vendors.
• Provides estimated delivery dates and supplier/vendor progress reports to the Customer Experience team.
• Ensures turnaround times and costs are within defined thresholds.

Process Adherence / Dashboard Maintenance: 25%
