Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team! We are a team that constantly strives for perfection in the Family Entertainment Center experience, delivering exhilarating indoor karting on multilevel tracks, immersive virtual reality simulators, arcade fun, and event spaces & restaurants in spotless venues staffed by knowledgeable team members.
Summary of the Sales Manager PositionThe Senior Sales Manager will assist and lead the Sales Team in executing targeted sales programs aimed at driving pre-sold group business. The role involves selling and supporting group business and/or birthday events while maintaining the quality and ethical standards set by AIKG and representing the Andretti brand. This is a salaried manager position with opportunities to earn commissions.
Overall Responsibilities- Interface with clients on all aspects of group events, including site inspections, qualifying leads, menu selection, and contracts.
- Coordinate with unit operations to ensure event execution.
- Represent AIKG at hospitality and trade events.
- Process POS purchases.
- Ensure a high‑quality guest event experience and handle recovery when necessary.
- Maintain the highest level of product and service quality.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and guests.
- Identify business opportunities by researching prospects and analyzing sales options.
- Establish contacts and develop relationships with prospects.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly individual goals.
- Generate leads and follow up.

- Two years of sales experience in a hospitality or family entertainment center environment.
- Interest and familiarity with virtual reality, arcade games, and motorsports.
- Proven leadership and team skills; ability to motivate and manage staff at all levels.
- Effective communication via telephone, computer, and in person.
- Ability to move throughout the entire AIKG location.
- Lift up to 15 lbs. regularly; handle up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Perform bending, reaching, turning, lifting, and stocking tasks.
- Work in environments with varied lighting and sound levels.
- Operate necessary equipment with manual dexterity.
- Adhere to safety standards consistently.
