Overview
You will be the Quality Analyst Senior for the Missiles & Fire Control Inspection Mechanical team. Our team is responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive faster, smarter inspection decisions across the organization.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Quality Analyst Senior you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering data‑centric solutions that enable on‑time inspections and resolve complex data challenges.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To- Developing predictive analytics tools to forecast inspection throughput and bottlenecks.
- Creating dashboards and visualizations that translate raw data into clear business insights.
- Collaborating with Inspection Supervisors, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production Operations to align data solutions with operational goals.
- Managing competing priorities and timelines while ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Facilitating virtual teamwork using collaboration platforms to keep cross‑functional initiatives on track.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Desired Skills- Python and/or R Optional but preferred – pandas, matplotlib/seaborn, stats models.
- Lean Six Sigma green belt or higher
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
