Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Overview

NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant Managers and Service Managers to join Team Mavis in the Arlington, TX area. With over 2,000 locations, Mavis is a large tire sales and automotive repair chain.

• Assistant Manager: support the Store Manager to ensure operations are efficient, safe and effective; enforce policies, procedures and standards; schedule technicians; manage outside orders; ensure quality and timely completion of jobs; meet customer expectations; ensure the safety of team members.
• Service Manager: assist customers with tire selections and recommended under-car repair services; direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians; drive sales initiatives; communicate with customers; assess needs; provide information on repairs and maintenance; ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet customer expectations.

• Must be at least 18 years old; legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, and/or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
