The Administrative Coordinator – Front Office & Human Resources is a client-facing role that serves as the first point of contact for all visitors while providing administrative, operational, and Human Resources support to front office leadership, the Office Manager, and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs).

This position plays a key role in representing the organization with professionalism and discretion, supporting efficient day-to-day office operations, and enabling the effective delivery of core HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities with confidential HR support in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3–5 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or office support role
  • Prior experience supporting Human Resources or People Operations strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Front desk coverage and administrative/HR support within an office setting
  • Regular interaction with employees, leadership, candidates, and external visitors
  • Occasional schedule flexibility may be required to support office operations or HR initiatives
