We have an outstanding Contract position for a Trade Show Coordinator to join a leading Company located in the Grand Prairie, TX surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end event logistics such as badge registration, attendee tracking, and access management for limited passes.
  • Oversees guest invitations, registration workflows, and online event platforms, including sharing login access, maintaining user-friendly systems, and generating and distributing weekly reports.
  • Additional duties include managing Excel-based attendee lists, sending invitations, tracking responses, and ensuring badge completion.
  • Support booth and event catering logistics, including coordination for customer event hosting up to 700 attendees.
  • Coordinate hotel accommodations for attendees and provides ongoing administrative and logistical support to ensure successful execution of all trade show and event activities.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication, tradeshow, event management experience a plus but not required.
  • Intermediate Level - Microsoft Office:
    Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS;
    SharePoint.
  • Interpersonal skills adapted to the unique requirements of the organization.

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
