Driver Helper (Warehouse/Delivery Support)

Location: Grand Junction, CO (Onsite)
Duration: Approx. 3 Months
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | Start as early as 2:00 AM until route completion | 40 hours per week

We are seeking a reliable Driver Helper to support delivery operations by assisting with unloading and delivering products to customers. This role focuses on safe handling of goods, excellent customer service, and maintaining product quality during transport.

• Assist driver with unloading produce and food products at customer locations

• Load and unload trucks using hand trucks or dollies

• Verify returned products with check-in personnel

• Accurately count and deliver orders

• Stack and secure items to prevent damage during transport

• Maintain professional customer interactions

• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives

• Work overtime as required

• 0–3 years of experience (warehouse or similar experience required)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read, write, and understand English

• Ability to count money and track merchandise accurately

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs consistently

• Ability to climb in and out of trailers throughout the day

• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments

• Hand trucks and dollies

• Warehouse and delivery route environment

• Reports to Transportation Manager
