We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the XLR team, managing orders, and assisting customers in finding the products they need.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Manage customer accounts
• Process, track, and manage sales orders
• Provide product information and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up tasks
• Support the overall sales team with administrative and customer-service tasks

Qualifications

• Firearms knowledge and experience strongly preferred
• Background in hunting, precision rifle shooting, or competitive shooting is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Must work on-site at XLR (this is not a remote position)
