Faris Machinery is seeking a Market Leader to lead our branch location, guiding a cross-functional team to drive revenue in service, parts, rentals, and equipment sales. If you’re passionate about leadership, building relationships, and delivering solutions that help customers keep their projects on time and under budget, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do- Lead and inspire sales, service, parts, and rental teams to exceed branch goals.
- Champion strategies to grow revenue across service, parts, rentals, and sales.
- Build lasting partnerships with customers, vendors, and the local community.
- Promote value-driven solutions for construction and municipal customers.
- Oversee operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate on local marketing and community engagement.
- Drive financial performance and continuous improvement.
- Sales leaders with a track record in heavy equipment or construction.
- Relationship builders known for integrity and trust.
- Technical operators who understand equipment and service processes.
- Self-starters who own their results.
- Strategic thinkers who see growth opportunities and execute with precision.
- Experience with heavy equipment, construction, or related industries
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools
- Certifications in equipment management, safety, or related fields
