Overview
White Castle Roofing is hiring an Outside Sales Specialist to join our Grand Junction, CO team. You’ll be the face of White Castle Roofing—building relationships, generating leads, and guiding customers through the roofing process from inspection to project completion. Travel may be required. We value Safety, Trust, and Hustle while helping our community protect their homes and businesses.

What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Conduct site inspections and review project plans
- Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and partners
- Deliver top-tier customer service with a detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Motivated, goal-driven, and action-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Sales or construction experience preferred (but not required)

Compensation — Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr;
